Something hit me while i was falling asleep a couple of days ago.
Most of my LDs come after a WBTB, or in a nap. With the strange shifts i something works, the main difference between a nap and proper sleep isn’t usually the time, but how fast i fall asleep. It hit me, almost all of my LDs have come after falling asleep slowly. It takes longer to fall asleep in the morning, usually about an hour, and i get enough time to think about the fact that i am falling asleep and will soon be in a dream.
Earlier, i sometimes used music to fall asleep slower when i was really sleepy, and make the HI phase longer. A couple of days ago when i had the last LD, i fell asleep slowly because it was a little cold in the room. Maybe i should start to take notes of how long it apparently took to fall asleep in the DJ entries.
