Falling Asleep

:help: Does anybody have any tips for falling asleep, except for just let it happen etc.?

progressive relaxation techniques are uselful. I am fond of the 61 points relaxation technique. Also slowing down your breathing helps. Meditation immediately before sleep will also help.

You could also try a glass of warm milk ([url]Warm Milk]), cheese, melatonin (which you may become dependent on, so I do not reccomend it), or many other things listed [url]Insomnia - Can't sleep!]
