Good Sleep

Hey Guys!

So I had a quick q. Do you think the more time you spend not sleeping in your day, the chances of remembering your dreams go down? I usually have no problem remembering most of the dreams that I have every night but lately I have been getting to bed relatively late and I have found that I have been having a little bit of trouble remembering my dreams. When I get to bed at a reasonable time such as 9:30 I am usually able to remember my dreams. Have any of you experienced this?

Getting enough sleep is definitely vital for dream recall. The time of each REM cycle increases to longer you’re asleep. If you sleep less than 6 hours, you will likely only have a few short dreams. If you sleep 9 hour, you can easily dream a multitude of that in one night.

Enough sleep is good, but be careful not to have too much, because that always makes my DR terrible.
