i have set my cell phone to go off at 4:21 am
with a 15 minute snooze,
i will use the snooze feature , so that it will keep arousing me from sleep,
and at some point this will allow me to be in a near trance state, at which point i will turn the alarm off and practice lucidity.
sometime by 6 am this interrupted sleep phase should very much allow me to find the perfect state of trance.
yes, but i need to be able to fall asleep at the right time, its been delayed the past 2 nights, the first one it woke me up in the middle of a deep dream, and did not find my way back to it.
I usually get up for like 60 minutes and do some ‘thinking’ (watch TV, read) untill I don’t fell like a zombie. Then I go back to sleep concentrated of being lucid. Works 75% of the times for me.
Today, however, i tried 90 minutes awake with tea and only got paralysed with hypnagogic hallucinations, haha.
