Health & Lucid Dreams

This is going to be a forum discussing health issues and Lucidity. I believe physical shape and mental “quickness” can be enhanced. Discussions about real world things such as food that harm our mental awareness. I think improving our Waking Life health conditions can help me is in over LD frequency and conscious level as well.

Any simple ideas? Everything from working-out, to NOT going to sleep inebriated of any kind. Any in depth discussions about cyclical sleeping; since we are routine creatures by nature? Faith? Meditation? I think all could be vitally important for anyone’s path towards lucidity.

Proper diet? Filtering outside stimuli, such as violent television, and commercialist propaganda? This forum topic is to be aimed at physically cleansing the body, as well as mentally cleansing the mind and conscious.

Goal setting may prove to be beneficial… can a relationship improve lucidity? Prayer? Nutrition? Let’s get some ideas going to not only improve lucidity but bridge the gap between Waking life and the Dream State through health.

A Healthy body and mind can do wonders for ALL states of being.
