Hurra! I am not alone here)))) Have you been practicing for long time?
I have been lucid dreaming since childhood, but i found this site and started writing down dreams in…2000? It did help a lot! Recent changes in my life has taken a toll on the nights too, but i hope that peace will soon return to my dreams.
Cool! I also had spontanious lucid dreams as a kid. It was scary… But I learnt to control and induce theme with M. Raduga teqniquies that I found to be very efficient… I am now a part of his team where we do research on lucid dreaming and dream physiology

What does dream physiology entail? 
Partly, not as a native but regularly come to Norway, mostly Oslo and Bergen but also have been in Tolga twice lately, I still have a lot to explore in that country ;p
