How did you get here?

Scary, I really don’t remember how I got here. Probably from a search engine, but I’ve no idea what I could’ve been looking for.
It’s like talking about your friendship when you were a kid, often, at least I, didn’t remember, or couldn’t even imagine, how we actually got to know each other.

My brother told me about this forum, and gave me some docs about LD, which I am yet to finish reading :content: I find this forum alone to be a great source of information. Thank you

I found this site in a link from a forum at https://www.redvsblue.com

good site, funny :cool_laugh:

It was DXM that brought me here. YES IT WAS DRUGS!

I found a link to here on dextroverse.org

I voted for search engines, but I found this site by Odigo. That’s an instant messaging program, which allows users to see at what sites other users are. It also has a classificator of themes to see what sites of some thematic are most visited. Ld4all doesn’t seem to be visited by Odigo users very much, but it is in the database, and when the program showed the list of sites about dreams, it was at the top. I’m not sure if Odigo can be called a search engine, because its database is not very big and it doesn’t seek anything itself but only re-sorts a standard list.

A friend told me about this site. I’m so glad he did.

Well, how DID I get here… ;Z
Omg, I’m dreaming :O…

FUrther more, I got here through an link somewhere someplace sometime  My memorie aint what it used to be… Feels like I’ve been here forever

Although it was “long” time ago, i think that it was Google who made a miracle

And it was not before than few days ago when i discovered Lucid Lounge

Woohoo, may be little less then a year old, but yay me

Lots of ppl got here from forums on other places, so be sure to continue plugging ld4all in every other forum you ever visit!!

I was staying in Britain and two friends told me about lucid dreaming. I was staying with my friend Tommy and his friend Peter and they were really into it and I must admit it was really interesting! Peter told me about the site and I wrote it down and Tommy said he reads books instead. I think I’m going to start reading books on the subject too. Anyone know a good book for a total novice?

light-and-dark: Yes.

Oh, wait… turns geek mode off There are plenty of books. Look around here. I haven’t read any.

Can anybody point in the direction of a really good one?

so was he “our” Pedro after all? :eh:

Anyway, a “really good” (good… it’s our Bible! ) book is EWLD (Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge). You can buy it or download as an e-book from somewhere

Yeah moogle has told me it is a good book so I ordered it and it should be coming soon! Can’t wait! As for Pete (or “Pedro”) I don’t know. My friend Tommy hasn’t got back to me yet and I can’t get in touch with Peter. I have his mobile number but my phone doesn’t let me make calls out of the country and to be honest I didn’t know him too well…

Who got on with him the most on the site? And are any of those people living in Britain?

I was here at the site quite along time ago, but not the forums. I saw the link set in #dreams on EFnet and I said why not register.

Ultimately, a search engine. I learnt about lucid dreaming primarily from a proffesor at a University on a field trip, and then my friend told me more about it.

I came to LD4all from a Google search.

me 2
however i first found out about LD’s on another board

SOmene posted a link on blizzhackers and i followed it and now this is what I do second block :content:

i’ve explored many LD sites but this one is by far the best…thanks pasQuale
