I’ve been trying each night again and I’ve had no results! It seems that I was better off before I started these techniques lol
well, i’ve started keeping a dream journal and i’ve been remebering two dreams a night, which i hear is pretty good.
I guess the WILD technique hasn’t worked for me yet, but for some reason I feel that it will work if I keep trying.
