It seems the only way that i could ever have a lucid dream is by a False Awakening…since i check my watch when i wake up but i danno if this is whats supposed to happen cause when i go to bed i go lie down close my eyes i have some daydreaming then go straight into dreaming and i dont realise im dreaming and then for the whole night i wouldnt…What should i do tonight when i go to bed?
I might know a good technique for you. FILD It might work a wonder for you. I’ve got it to work successfully for me two times so far.
