I have a few questions

here they are

  1. I understand RC are meant to help you see if you are dreaming. But if its not preformed while in a ND then I dont understand how it is helpful?

  2. Also if I have bad memory how can I remember my dream signs? I tend to forget about things often.

  3. Im not sure if i’ve had LD’s or FLD’s… Sometimes when I dream, I wake up and I immediately know I had a,dream and I can look back at it and remember key aspects… In these dreams it seemed as if I was thinking to myself. For example I remember I forgot to get something from a room and in the dream I thought to myself “great now I have to go back”. What I dont fully understand is, when youre in an LD does something click? Do you suddenly have the power to wakeup if you wanted to? Are you fully aware and feel as if youre dream is realistic (even if the things your doing are fictonal).,i cant seem to grasp the exact feeling to know if I have ever had one.

Well, the goal of RC’s is to have it perform constantly, enough so that they transfer into your NDs eventually, that is where it will be helpful. Cause’ most of the things we do in our everyday life, transfer to our dreams. So if you do them a lot, then gradually you’ll start doing them in your dreams, then you could get lucid off them.

It’s important that you keep a dream journal. Even if you’re not great at remembering dreams, a DJ will help you become better at it. So work on your recall first, then you can analyze your DJ for dream signs.

No, what you described isn’t a LD. A LD is when you realize that you are dreaming and take control. From what you described, you’re going along with the dream unaware that you’re dreaming. You can wake yourself up from a LD if you really wanted to, but I don’t see why you would want to  . Yes you are fully aware…well it can be partially aware as well. Buttt the dream differs from person to person, it can feel real depending on your dream vividness.

I hope I helped :content:
