I have done it!!! Twice

My first experience with lucid dreaminig came about 5 years ago. Ever since then i have been trying to have more. I improved my dream recall but still couldnt do it. So i would try but in a half asssed kind of way. This new years i made resolution to get lucid dreams this year. So i got stephen laberges book, i got a lamp by my bed, a notebook and my alarm clock. What has been working for me is that i have a class at 8:30, i go to school, come back home and take a nap. The last 2 times i tried this i got a LD’s both times. I get home read a little out of my book, and half an hour after that, i hit the pillow ( lucid dream city) Its kind of a WBTB. I am only up for about 2 hours, so thats how i did it, and will continue to do it.

Keep your chin up folks

Nice job! The reason that this nap program you have is having far better results than just falling asleep at night is that you go straight into REM, rather than having 90 mns of deep sleep, so the LD focus that you get from ELWD is easier to keep. It’s always good to have another successful LDer around, especially for the motivation of others. I hope one day (soon  ) you will be a very proficient LDer, helping other to get results like yours. Congrtulatons.
