I’m learning to lucid dream

I’ve recently started trying to lucid dream and I tried WILD technique. I was able to have a vivid dream but not lucid, should I stick with WILD or try a different technique?

Hi! I would recommend focusing on your dream journal and trying MILD. It’s a bit easier to kick start something that way as opposed to trying to jump right in with MILD. Take a look at some of the topics in the FAQs and Tutorials section for more info, and if you have any questions about a particular technique, don’t be afraid to ask!

I tried FILD and MILD as well, and they did not work well for me.

Hi! Welcome to LD4all :sparkles:
What else do you do to become lucid? Just stand alone practicing any method is less effective.

I started keeping a dream journal but most of the time can’t remember my dreams.

well, i would suggest to keep recording your dreams until you can reliably remember at least dream a night, before you actively try any LD methods. (what’s the use of having a LD if you can’t remember it?)

I’m not looking to remember them, just have fun.

How would you know how much fun you had if you didn’t remember it?

I don’t even know.

I also saw your course, and would do it if it wasn’t 140 with a sale.

I think you would first have to be able to have lucid dreams before you can have the full benefit of the course :sparkles:

Ok. And I also forgot to say in another reply that I didn’t just try FILD and MILD. I also tried SSILD.

Yea… you’re gonna have to record your dreams if you want a hope of having LDs (unless you’re a natural.. and those people are uncommon. :stuck_out_tongue: )

Ive started to remember them and dream journal. I had one very brief lucid dream.
