Is it possable...?

Hi, i notice i haven’t logged into here for awhile. I have a question, though. Is it possable to be able to have lucid dreams, even if you HAVE to meditate pretty much all the time? See, I had a resent bad expirience restarting over this pokemon game of mine, and now i have to meditate pretty much all the time so i don’t go crazy over it anymore. Its a long and difficult to explain story. Also, I have autism. If I have to meditate all the time, though, does that mean I won’t be able to have lucid dreams anymore if I wanted to? Or is there always a way? Thanks for reading this and i’m curious what peoples responces will be…

Edit: I thought a little while ago maybe doing a lot of reality checks can still make lucidity possable. But i’m still curious what people have to say about this topic anyways.

I hesitated to reply since I don’t have an authoritative answer. But my gut response is , there is always a way. It might not be as frequent but it would be possible.

I also have autism and i also meditate

I can’t see how meditating would negatively affect the ability to lucid dream. On the contrary, lucid dreaming requires a certain level of focus and awareness. Techniques like WILD requires blocking out stimuli from the outer world and going along with the flow of HI. I imagine that meditating would actually help with this.
