To answer your question - yes. Even find new knowledge. I have had different experiences of this. For example one that comes to mind at this moment is when I wanted to have a deeper understanding of how different “realities” or “dimensions” work.
In the dream I was explained and shown how it had to do with different kind of movement (not only up down/left right but also rotating and spinning) and that clicked something together in my mind about understanding this.
So yeah become lucid, ask a teacher what you want, to know, get a reply
Or find certain books on a topic.
I’m curious of anyone else has had similar experiences in lucid dreams where they depend knowledge of found new knowledge (pretty sure there is)
yes definitely! it’s a bit hard with kind of metaphysic knowledge though.
i would not say ‘be able to predict’ something but yeah this is kinda like personal knowledge/understanding kind of thing that I described.
Something as metaphysical as that would be hard to verify especially scientifically. True.
To address the original point, yeah I guess you are right on second thought. I’ve had several experiences where real life would play into a dream I had a non-specific time ago. Its not exactly being taught new information that you can remember and potentially use, but it is something worth mentioning.
