I’ve been doing some research, and but i cannot find any way to stop being lucid without waking up. So any ideas?
Lucidity loss is actually one of the most persistent and annoying problems facing any lucid dreamer. You lose lucidity simply by becoming too absorbed in the dream. You lose focus and, before you know it, you are as unconscious as you are in a normal dream.
Yes, absolutely.
I’ve lost lucidity in dreams many times without waking up.
That’s why there are techniques for maintaining lucidity.
Winchenoch, you’re breathing right now.
However easily you forget that fact is probably how easily you can forget that you’re in a dream. You can also go to sleep in the dream, so the dream will change scene and you’re not lucid in the next scene. Unless you’re polyphastic, or had a very late DILD, or something like that, it’s possible that the REM cycle in which you’re lucid will come to an end. It might feel like a hiccup in time, or if you’re lucky it might seem like everything going dark for a few minutes and then lighting up again in the next dream scene. You can use that break between REM cycles to lose lucidity.
Yes. Yes it is. I’ve done it several times.
hmm… this is a hard question! Well for me, I don’t think so. everytime I dream, I always in a Lucid state of mind, and I never had a regualr dream. NEVER. Im always doing something, or doing my own thing. So, that’s my answer!
false awakenings of course
