A long time ago. (Back in the days of my Jake_drummer account) i had a short dream of the ultimate technique. I don’t know why this just popped in my head just now but it sounds cool.
Go to bed with a watch on. Wether it’d be a school night or just a normal day, have an idea of when your going to wake up. Set your alarm for that time.
next time you look at your watch do an RC. because if your watch says its after the set time of your alarm then your probably dreaming. So if you motivate yourself to look at your watch the next time your awake, your conscious should remember to do this in your dream or in waking life.
Ive never tried this out before… i don’t even think it would work it was just an old memory of mine so please don’t bash on it.

For this to be really effective you’d always have to wear the watch. That way the watch would become engrained in your mind. This would get around the limitation your alarm clock puts on you about what if you aren’t in the bedroom. This way if your clock says the wrong time, changes times, is messed up, or isn’t there, you will think to do a RC.
Thats true.
I geuss this is more of a trigger to RC.
But we can call it a technique too.
I think this is definitely worthy of giving a shot, because this is something pretty much anyone should be able to get some results out of because if you do something repetitively, such as the watch thing, it will slip into your dream and you can make it a dream sign.

Yeah, I’ll give it a try if I can dig up a watch that doesn’t drive me up a wall. I’ll give some periodic progress reports when I get a chance.
