LD Intensity?

Hello, I am very new to Lucid Dreaming and first heard about it from a program called I-Doser(ww.i-doser.com). And I read a review after someone using the Lucid Dream dose.

He said his LD was absolutely horrible and an imprisonment in the state of Delta.

It seems that LD’s can be very intense. Is this something to worry about?

Because fortanetly I have a “dose” that will automacticly give me a LD without the months of practice. But I have been hesitant to try it because of the review I read.

Can you guys inform me about the intensity of an LD?

Thanks.

I’ll tell you about my first one.

I was sitting in a truck. It was dark out and I was on a mountain road somewhere.

I thought I might be dreaming so I did a RC, I touched my finger to my palm and watched my finger be absorbed.

Realizing I was dreaming brought the realism into much more intensly, I actually remember thinking how real everything felt.

Being that I was in a truck I decided to go along with the dream and do something.

I noticed keys in the ignition so I reached out and grasped them, I remember the cool, hard metal in my hand and the pressure of turning the key to start the engine.

I remember the feel of the switch when I turned on the headlights, I actually kind of caressed it in awe at how real it felt.

I then started driving and I noticed someone following me, figuring they were chasing me I decided I’d just stop and fly away.

Well, I ended up rising up a little bit then I felt my head sink into the fabric of the ceiling (You know that crunchy feeling when you press your head into the top of a car ceiling?) then stop at the metal.

That’s when I figured I’d have to get out of the truck to fly away.

I opened the door to step out when I lost lucidity.

The whole thing felt very real, in fact, since I started having a couple short lucid dreams my regular dreams have been more intense.

I feel moisture when I get wet and remember that feeling clearly when I awake, things like that.

Hope this helps.

So its nothing really to be scared or hesitant about then? I might just do the dose, then share an experiance.

(By the way here is the link to the LD dose: “https://www.i-doser.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=70&products_id=198&zenid=ec641cb801446f26cf346ddc03142600”)

I don’t want to be hasty, but that site is sketchy. My guess is you won’t get much out of it. No reason to fear it either, even if it does give you a lucid dream. Those binaural things can be found without paying anything as simple mp3s. They are said to do this and that to you, alot of promises. Sounds too good to be true? Probably is. I mean, i these things worked it would probably be all over the news, Kids all over getting high on binaural beats.
But since you got the dose, try it! I may be wrong.

Well here is my very scary experiance.

This dose brought me to exactly what I didn’t want. I’ve always known about SP and from experiances I have read most people don’t get it while their awake.

Yet sadly I got it. After the sounds finished I opened my eyes to see my room. There was lightning going outside it seemed and the door suddenly slammed shut, leaving my heart pouding and me in the dark and scared.

And I could not move. At all. I felt numb. And terrified. Closing my eyes and thinking of other thoughts solved this by putting me to sleep.

And no dream recall.

I am very interested in LDing, but I do not want this to happen again. Any advice to avoid this?

Onc you get SP, just close your eyes and try and get into s LD. That helped me get my very best LD ever!

Hey that’s not too shabby. If you can get to SP over and over again it won’t seem so scary. If this I-doser thing can get you there you can make some real progress pretty fast.
My problem with SP is that I don’t get there often so I don’t get used to it.
