my FIRST 2 times of lucidity?? helpppp

I can pretty much ALWAYS get the auditory hallucinations going when I go to sleep now by keeping my concious mind awake. I get sleep paralysis, and then I can’t seem to break through that barrier. I just wake up. Even though I’m not scared or stressed about it or anything. A couple times, I think I was either dreaming or astral projecting… I looked at my hands, and they weren’t there. Then I clapped them together cuz I could feel them and they made noise, but I couldn’t see them. Could someone please explain this, and help me out here to get to the next stage in my lucid dreaming journey?

To get to the next step do you see an object or a light of any kind? If so then you should try to reach to that light or object and that will bring you into the dream world.

search up a technique called “zooming” in to a dream or i just call it “super focusing”
