I had my first lucid last night and id just like to thanks all you guys for being so nice and helpfull along the way.
I look forward to having more LD’s but the thing was… I didnt even try!
No WILD’s MILD’s or DILDS or WBTB’s
I hopw to see more of you lot.
It’s funny how it works this way sometimes. You spend a long time trying and then a lucid dream happens spontaneously with no effort required.
I put this down to the pressure being removed. Your subconscious becomes programmed by all the effort you have put in, and when you remove the effort it “fills the gap” by giving you a lucid dream. I think we should all take occasional breaks for this reason.
The first one is always good though isn’t it? Now you’ve had one, things should get easier…
Yeah, well I’ve been trying not to overload my mind. Usually when I have them it’s random. Haven’t had one in a while though. I’ve been having some really nice non-LDs lately though. I’ve even started a Dream Journal! Check it out: dreamjournal.net/dj/index.cf … rname=Wolf
hey guys, new to the forum, i just had my first 2 lucid dreams this morning, without using much technique either, in one dream i was running from a fight and i jumped but the jump lasted really long and i realized it wasnt real, then i said this is a dream and got really excited, i wanted to fly so i flew up to about the level of a house, then i woke up really excited, shortly after i fell asleep again and had another dream where i was in my bed, and i thought i was awake but i couldnt talk and i realized i was dreaming, this time i flew threw my door and down the hallway and out the house but the dream ended again…it was great tho
