From my dream journal, I’ve noticed I’ve had a recurring them of vampires lately. Firstly, I dreamt I’d been turned into one and I was looking at my new palor and fangs. Next, my dream guide was in the form of a vampire character of mine. And last night, a former teacher was, in fact, a vampire. I’m trying to decipher what this means, any help would be awesome!
Yes, it would be safe to say that vampires are one of your dreamsigns. My advice would be to do a RC whenever you:
- See a vampire
- Think about a vampire
- Watch a movie about vampires
- See anything else related to vampires, for instance
- Seeing the word “vampire” (Do a reality check now!)
- etc…
Hopefully this will result in a few RCILD’s.
To be honest, I wouldn’t really pay attention to the first part of that google interpretation. As Paulius said, vampires seem to definitely be a dream sign of yours so be sure to do an RC at them. As for meaning, that is personal to you, no matter what google said. It could do with many things such as, feeling drained, desire for something or to be something. Firstly, it depends on what vampires mean to you (or what you believe about vampires). It could range from anything to wanting to be something different and unhuman to be understood, to being worried that someone or something is draining you. Hope that helps you figure it out
well a few months ago my twin soster and i had a lot of dreams with vamps… the my sister had one where she was a vampire and she bit me to turn me too…
a few days after that she started working night… then i started working with her…
:o Maybe your relate the fact you are working night, and sleeping in the day to being a vampire? It’s totally possible. Like I said, it depends on your perception and thoughts of vampires.
Keep in mind that dreaming about vampires can mean totally different things for different people.
If you just happen to think vampires are cool for whatever reason, dreams about them don’t have to mean anything more than that (they could, but they don’t have to). Also, you seem to be into vampires, so I’d look beyond just vampires. What’s the context in which you usually think about vampires during a day?
Do you read/write stories about them? Then the dreams could have some meaning in that regard.
Do you role play? Then perhaps the dreams are trying to tell you something about that.
All dream signs are extremely personal, and everyone has different views on what a vampire is.
Take for instance falling dreams. A quick Google search tells me they have to do with insecurities and fears in real life. It’s about loss of control and the stress that results from that. That’s NOT what a falling dream would mean to me. At the very least, that’s not how I’d interpret it.
I’ve had some falling dreams before, but I actually like the feeling of a free fall (jumped out of a plane and everything). To me falling is usually a PLEASANT experience in a dream, and it makes me feel free. So it’s hard to tell you exactly what vampire dreams mean to you, because you are always the one closest to yourself.
