Short intro, i keep going in and out of a lucid dream and regular ones, my awareness spikes and plummets randomly along with the dreams vividness going from clear to blurry.

I’ve had this problem too, and what was recommended to me was that when you feel the lucidity slipping, go and touch something like a rough wall and feel its texture. Doing something like this can highteb your senses, though I’ve had mixed results tbh. Rubbing your hands together is another way to stay lucid. Hope you have some success!

Not sure if I recognize that.
If you mean that the dream destabilized, than yes. It helps me to look at my hands and wave them around.
Or maybe just the fact that I become lucid, and quickly I forget and simply dream on. But usually just once in a night.
I do recognize that sharpness and blurriness of vision can differ from moment to moment. Like when you’re drunk? ![]()
