New technique: Telling yourself

I made this technique and I’m very very surprised no one suggested this ever, I’ve never seen this and I’m astonished. I made this technique because I couldn’t find a dreamsign that was common in my dreams and no reality check that would turn into a habit.
All you have to do is get any kind of recording device, record yourself saying that you’re dreaming, than play that over and over while you’re going to sleep. I did this and I woke up but than went back to sleep after feeling to depressed to get out of bed, and I had my first very quick lucid dream.
This is also for those people who at night tell themselves that they’re dreaming while falling asleep, but have trouble getting that to work cuz their minds drift off lol.

Well, this is actually a sort of autosuggestion. But yes, it does work quite well. It’s the same concept as if you were listening to a recording of someone else telling you that you were dreaming.
