I was coming towards the end of a dream and was walking down this hill. When I get to the bottom , I see my dad walk past me in a long blue skirt. I think to myself " This isn’t right…I must be dreaming". I feel this “Sensation” all over my body and I go to do the nose RC. As I put my hand towards my nose , I wake up

Yes, I would even consider that a lucid moment. You woke up due to your mind becoming more alert/possible excitement, but that was very, very brief lucidity. A longer LD is just around the corner
