Hello everybody!
On my search for a free lucid dreams induction mp3 I came across this forum and discoveread a thread (Hypnosis induced Lucid dream. free mp3) which is locked now and unfortunately the link of the audio download doesn’t work anymore.
Have somebody of you still this audio and can post or sent it?
Do you know any other resource for a free induction mp3? With your success experience?

Thanks for your fast reply. Only joint yesterday and open to help :smile:

This is not the audio I searched.
The audio I search is to listen when you get awake through a alarm cloud around 3 AM and then listen to the audio (during sleep) until you wake up (6 AM). And in difference to others subliminal it is supposed that the volume is not too low to hear the voice.

Though I added your link to give it a try. Have you any experiences with it?

if you are searching for some kind of relaxing sounds, i guess this may be an alternative for you. I tried it some time ago an would say that its worth a try.

Does that really even work? I find my own self-hypnotic suggestions seem to work better than pre-recorded ones. Then again, that’s just me.

I already tried with brainwave about a month. I have a cd but it hasn’t worked for me.

I think the affirmation thing works for me better.

When do you play your suggestions, Darxide? And how many different do you use?
Means “work better” that they introduce you in lucid dreams (which percentage)?
