How do you induce SP and HI? Do you just relax and try to see something
or what? I just can’t get it… How do you do it???
The best way for me to get HI is to fall asleep slowly, when i am very tired. Playing music while falling asleep is a good way to make it go slower. It usually starts with random thoughts in my head and evolves into images, but the more tired i am, the more HI i get. Sleep paralysis while falling asleep is rare for me. 
If you’re doing WBTB, and you’re really tired, HI comes very quickly. At a certain point, images do start to appear and during that you will experience SP.
However if you do Day WILDS (Afternon Naps) It does take a bit more time, you have to relax alot more. You then eventually get HI, but a commen problem is your eyes opening ( I have it everytime, Even this afternoon, i remember seeing a black and white Tardis from Doctor Who, then my eyes just opened on their own which overall corrupts the entire WILD process, I kept on trying after but nothing would happen)
One way to induce sleep paralysis is to have a interrupted sleep pattern. This may not work the first time, so don’t give up!
Set your alarm 3-4 hours prior to bedtime. So if you were to go to bed at 12:00 a.m., set your clock to about 3:30 a.m.
Stay up for about 30 minutes and finally go back to sleep. Soon hopefully you will wake up paralyzed sometime after that, or you can try and keep your mind awake while putting your body to sleep.
