Success in WILD every night, but it doesnt last so long.

As you can see in the topic i manage to do WILD every night now… I really don’t need to do anything cause this happens every time i go to bed.

But my problem is this, I can for example get lucid and be somewhere else, like in the forest or in my room, or I would be “sleeping somewhere else” and opening my eyes to be in another place. But the thing is that when this happen it doesn’t last that long, maybe for 10 seconds. But then it fades away. And then i wait for the next time… And i usually drift of at this time.

So what should i do? Any suggestions?

Did you try it with WBTB? They say that WILD in the evening is quite difficult as your brain usually doesn’t go to REM sleep at first, while later at the night there’s higher proporition of REM phase.

Agreed, to be able to do it at night at all is pretty impressive. The only time I’ve ever really WILDed successfully was by accident…I was actually MILDing at the time, hahaha.

Just do it with WBTB. It should be easy for you, man. Good luck!

I do WBTB sometimes, with auto suggestions, I wake up, and its always black and nothing is happening. I think i wake up after the REM-sleep. But i usually don’t stand up, i just lie there.
