The Abstract

Ok so lets say you have a LD and instead of going of and doing something like flying or messing around with DC. u just sit down and think about something. (ive noticed its hard to visualize in a dream) lets say you think about an apple on a tree, after a while (at least with me) you are in that picture, but sometimes i can snap out of it and im still sitting down where i was before.
but what if you thought about something that u didnt have a visual perception of, like TIME. or LIGHT, or DEATH, or EMOTIONS. anyway. try that and see what happens :smile: the first one i am going to do is time, and i will post my LD when i have one :peek:

Sounds like a good idea. I imagine it could be easy to lose lucidity though. It might be quite rewarding to contemplate emotions, since they might very well come at you pretty strong when you’re dreaming. Though, negative emotions, should work the same way. I’d like to think about moods, like, mysteriousness, marvel, flabbergastedness.

I notice that when I become lucid everything becomes vibrant and vivid. I’m going to try this before writes on list of things to do
