When I was 14, My lucid dreaming frequency decreased, because my father told me I was wrong, “it’s not possible to control dreams, it’s not possible to be conscious in your dreams because you are sleeping”

That’s terrible I’m so glad you had the support of the internet to confirm that lucid dreaming was real.
