Hi, everyone! I’m a beginner lucid dreamer… so much that I haven’t even LD’d yet. I’ve been trying but so far all I’ve managed to do was make my body feel like it’s fallen asleep (frightened me at first) and get strained eyes. Ouch. I think my number one problem was attempting this at night. By becoming lucid, I hope to finally illustrate my dreams clearly and expand my artwork.

Hope to see you around the forum someday.

Howdy hey, I’m wyellbee, but you can call me Aloisa. I’m thirteen and have quite a lot of lucid dreams, but I’ve only really read up on them as of recent (today ). I guess I’ve never really realised that I can do whatever I want in one… I’ll have dreams and know I’m dreaming but I pretty much go with the flow, or wake myself up.

This seems like a nice community, and I want to try to have an LD tonight, I never knew you could make yourself have one!

I look forward to talking to you guys!

:welcome: hello Lina and Aloisa
I hope you both get a lot out of being members of LD4all.
In addition to the enormous ammount of information and personal dreaming experiences posted at LD4all. We are a very friendly community and give a warm welcome to all our new members :cheer:

Hello!

Well after posting first on the First Steps to Lucidity forum I figured I might aswell introduce myself here.

My name’s Karina, and I’m from… Argentina (yes, it rhyhmes). I’m 22 years old, unemployed, and female… I have plenty of interests other than Lucid Dreaming, and to name a variety of things I like briefly, would be:

Reading, writing, drawing, dancing, singing (which doesn’t necesarily means I’m good at it), learning languages, and a few several other things…

My native language is spanish, so feel free to drop me a line in spanish if you like. :content: I study Japanese, but I’m rather bad at it, so I wouldn’t advice trying to talk to me in that language just yet.

What else… ? Hmm, well, I have skype, yahoo IM, msn, aim and icq, so if you ever feel like contacting me by either just PM me or… whatever.
I’ve only had one fully LD so far, and I mgiht have had some when younger, but don’t remember them. I know I sort of WILDed often when child (at least got to HI and HH stages), unfortunately I seem to have lost the touch for that. :’(

I’m really bad at introductions… :shy: so I’ll leave it at that for now.

waves hi and scampers off to hide

:welcome: Lina ,wyellbee and kitkat_neko to LD4all .
Hope you get a lot of LDs and stay here on the forum !

:hide: /me sees Karina and tells her it’s safe to come out again

:welcome: hello karina, for someone who says they are bad at introduction posts that was a very good one :boogie:

I hope you get back into WILDing again, if you read up on the WILD topics here - you should soon be lucid dreaming frequently :content:

We have a topic in dream diaries called “my first LD collection” it is a sticky topic near the top of the forum. You may wish to post your LD in it

 see you around

:peek: Are you sure? comes out from hiding spot :content:

I’ve tried to WILD again, but I’ve gotten quite bad at it it seems. :shy: (I’ve tried more than once to count back from 100 and fell asleep like a rock at 97  )
I’m very interested in the mirrors thing though, I’m looking forward to remembering to create one on my next LD. :content: Hopefully.

I’ll check out that post now.

Thanks everyone for the welcome!

Hi, I have just got into LD’ing litterally tonight. I am 13 and i am just wondering if that is too young to be doing this sort of thing. :help: I am going to start keeping a dream diary as suggested. And will hopefully soon be able to start LD’ing. Cheers Hazi

:welcome:

I don’t think 13 is too young to start LDing. In fact, many poeple younger than that LD without even knowing what that is. :content:
Keeping a drem diary is a great idea, it will help you recall more dreams, and notice your dream signs to help you become lucid more often.

 hello snazihazi
:eh: another new member from england :boogie:
The english are invading LD4all :cheer:
and 13 isn’t too young to practice lucid dreaming :content:
/me hopes to read about your first LD soon

GOOD LUCK

Welcome, kitkat_neko. Mirrors are always interesting in LD’s, never quite know what to expect

Welcome, snazihazi. Thirteen is a good age to start. Being young maybe will help you learn ld skills quicker

Hope you enjoy using the forum everyone who’s joined recently  It’s great to see so many open minded people

:welcome: snazihazi ! :boogie:

And 13 is a good age starting at !
It`s not a bad thing beeing young .
If not a good one !

Hi thanx for that ppl, and also i have some more questions. If u die in a dream do u die in ur physical life? and: can u wake up from a lucid dream? if u do by someone else what happens? is it like waking from a normal dream?
Cheers again hazi
