MagnificentAmberson: Welcome to LD4all forum! Utter more words around here your opinion counts! Do keep a journal, it will help a lot when your dream recall improves. You’ll notice that you have some dream signs that you can pay attention to in order to become lucid. Emotional/depressive disorders might affect dreams/REM cycles, but I’m not too certain for the fact side of it, but based on my experience. I either dream too less or too vividly when I am depressed. Somehow, it gets me through my difficult times. I heard though that anti-depressant medications do affect your dreaming time. It did to mine and I hated it.
Anyways, EVERYBODY that I haven’t introduced to LD4all yet, WELCOME to LD4all forum! I haven’t posted for a while so I am betting that I missed a lot of you. Enjoy yourself and have fun on your lucid journey!
Hi to MagnificentAmberson
Also hello again to fear, Lucid_Adventurer, stranger, napoleon and anybody else who have jumped into posting elsewhere before coming here.
Also hi to completly new (to posting at least) MagnificentAmberson!! I’m glad you’ve decided to start posting and I hope you continue contributing to LD4all!
hello everyone! i have been lurking awhile and thought i’d like to participate instead. i’ve had a few random LD’s in my life but found i could induce them by waking up and then going back to sleep. after learning this, and playing in my dreams for a while, a DC eventually came up to me and said i was manipulating the fabric of my dreams too often and was therefore missing out on all the randomness, which was supposed to be the point. after that i quit LD’ing involuntarily…but have been trying to again lately with a little success. anyway, look forward to meeting you guys
Well ehm randomness…u can complement that in a ld with creativity.
not only doing or creating but also being creative what there is all to explore in your own consciousness.
jamieartist: Silly question, but are you an artist? Anyways, I had something similar to that case where DC’s told me that I have been lucid too much and that I have to stop doing it. Lol. I somehow fixed that by letting everything go with flow. I just go with the flow. When I become lucid. I’ll just go with the flow unless I have a feeling that it’s ok to act and have some fun.
Normal dreams are still creavity and fun to experience anyways.
Welcome to LD4all forum by the way! Please feel free to explore around and post some. Am looking forward to hear from you.
