The jump?

So i was having a looong break from LDing, seeing as i wasnt being succesful at all and whatnot…
well the thing is that just about 4 days ago i got a very weird case of SP, it was kinda like this: Somehow i managed to get to a state were i felt really warm inside, like really happy, i just didnt want to move, this was achieved by thinking comforting thoughts, kinda hard to explain what i was thinking over but i think general pleasant thoughts would work.

the thing is that after just 3 minutes of thinking that stuff i found myself feeling a weird lightness and i started involuntarily rolling over in my bed and feeling a bit of vertigo, suddenly i started losing control over my thoughts, and the nice conversation i was imagining turned into something darker, i heard someone mentioning stuff about dead people and their pictures, i got a bit shocked after that so i opened my eyes, i could no longer see thing from my thoughts, i was now seeing my bedroom, the kicker is that i was listening to these weird shrieks and growls and i could feel some kind of evil pressence around.
I couldnt move in all that time, when i finally managed to move my arm i was freed from sp, relaxing was nearly impossible for me there so i had to put a lo tof effort.

Now about that jump thing, after that SP thingy i started noticing that now whenever i go and lay in my bed and start thinking warm thoughts and letting my mind drift a bit it takes me no longer than 3 minutes or so to actually start seeing what im thinking about vividly, take for example, last night about 3 minutes after i got to my bed i started imagining some kind of river and a weird bridge, i relaxed even more, to the point were i didnt feel my body anymore, i was entirely focused in my thoughts and suddenly the bridge started looking very real, just like if i was standing there looking, it was no longer like i was imagining it, i actually felt like i was standing in a green hill in front of the bridge watching the scenery, suddenly i switched my view to something behind the bridge, it was some kind of castle, it just looked awesome, but suddenly it was like if i was being pulled over there very fast, even my vision distorted a bit, i was surprised by it and it all stopped quickly, there i was again in blackness.
Then today at nap time i remember imagining that i was seeing someone drawing stuff, i was like umm how would a sky look there? and a sky with clouds and everything started forming in the paper, i then relaxed more to see what would happen, and suddenly the sky started changing its color hue and after about 5 seconds i was seeing a bright blue sky with fluffy white clouds, again i was very surprised by the vividness and again everything faded away.

So my questions are these: Is this that part of WILD where you can supposedly jump to your dream? What do i have to do to actually enter a LD from here?

Thanks in advance for your answers or if you have any questions please feel free to ask

I think it’s usually instinctual. You just keep on imagining until it just feels so real and it feels natural to just step in. It’s not really a ‘step’ or ‘jump’ even; you just become incarnanated in your dream body. It seems to be one of them things where when the time is right you know what to do.

One queery I have. You are imagining things from you wakeful conscious mind, so your subconscious mind needs to align itself to that, but whenever I have succesfully stepped into a dream, the things I had been imaging were developed from HI straight from the subconscious mind, which is where the dream is generated. The thing about pictures of dead people sounded like the type of HI that I would try to latch onto, although that particular theme is one I would rather not concentrate on, but that was what was on your subconscious mind at that time, so that is the kind of thing to tune into, if you know what I mean.

I don’t know, get into a very realistic hallucination and from there don’t control it, just go around. I think you are pretty much there.

think you may be having HI instead there

weird when i start to get in to sp, my hands usualy seem to roll over but also seem to stay where the where. so its weird becasue they feel like there upside down and rightside up at the same time
