I have drawn a large C on my hand, as a symbol of the fact i am conscious and do not take it for granted. It acts as a very good reminder for reality checks and the like.
does anyone else has anything similar to this and find it useful?
If so have you found a really good trick or technique for it?
Sounds like a great idea. Though I have only looked at my dreamhands once in my entire life and I don’t have it as a reality check…
well, at least you get good practice at reality checking. i also imagine it having awesome powers in dreams, like thrusting my hand against the wall and the words ‘i am conscious’ appearing on the wall in letters of fire. but ive never tried it.
I draw dots on my left hand with a thick black pen, but can only see them if I open my hand fully. It helps because hands are apparently different in dreams.
