The super WILD, or SWILD

Hey I’m one that uses WILDing for lucid dreams. I recently tried that crazy uberman sleep schedule sincce I thought it would give me 6 WILDs a day, was too hard though.

but… I came up with a way to give me a lot of WILD chances with a full 8 hours of sleep! haha! It still takes a lot of willpower, but not as much as uberman…

-sleep 5-6 hours(core sleep)
-wake up for 1 hour
-attempt wild for 30 mins
-wake up for 1 hour
-attempt wild for 30 mins
-wake up for 1 hour
-attempt wild for 30 mins
-wake up for 1 hour
-attempt wild for 30 mins
-actually wake up

That’s 7-8 hours of sleep, if you have trouble going to sleep in the 30 minute sessions, I recommond shortening your core sleep until you can go to sleep.

Now I wonder if this works lol, gonna start trying it meself.

i can’t even make a succesful WILD HOW im suppose to be succesful with this one.

Successfull WILD–SWILD, lol. You’d have to have a lot of extra time to do this method.

Everytime i say that i will WILD not matter what when the moment of truth comes my will power decreases and i forget the intention i had for WILD, doing so i’ll wake up in the morning very frustated to have another day thinking of WILDing at night all that making a vicious cycle.end

…hmmm… i think i might of come up with a pretty powerful concentration method for WILD’ing… i’ll post it when i have time

Two things:

  1. If you need 90 minutes for an REM period, then how is this method possible?

  2. Even if you have a successful WILD on one of your attempts, you will wake up after 30 mins. or less.

This would really decrease your sleep each night… I’m afraid it’s not for me.
