Visualising yourself - third person okay?

Well, whenever someone-something says “visualise yourself…”,
I keep visualising myself in third person. I don’t know what I look like from the back, but I guess i just make it up, or imagine a person and know it’s me.

Is that a bad thing?

Edit: For example, the MILD advice on the main site:
“Visualise what you are going to do once you are lucid. (for example flying)”

I’d think looking at myself flying in a superman pose.
Should I be imagining myself with two arms out infront of me?

Thats what I would think at first, but I think is just saying think ahead/think what your going to do.

For a long time i have always seen myself in 3rd person whenever i visualised something

it doesn’t matter, as long as you know it is you you are visualising
