W.I.L.D.

I have yet to experience a actual lucid dream, by actual i mean being concious i’ve had dreams were in the dream i say i’m lucid and try to take control but i’m not lucid…I am trying the Wild method and a few years back i got to the vibrations and it was intense close to obe expericnce more then lucid dream but i woke up.Normally i sleep laying on my side and fall asleep quickly and to keep concentration i have to lie on my back and it takes what seems to be hours to get any progress so i lose faith and roll over…Any tips on holding conciousness while lying on my side or a way to help speed up the process of mind awake body asleep while laying in a way i can concentrate??Any help would be appreciated

I think laying on the side will make it harder for you to lay completely still and therefore for your body to go to sleep.
Try laying on your back perfectly still until you get vibrations. maybe then you should try to roll to your side and continue from there although i find it hard staying awake at that position.

remember patience is key

there are many methods to achieve the mind awake body asleep state.
One is:
When inhaling: shift your consciousness to your mind, say mind awake and focus on the color orange.
When exhaling: shift your consciousness to your body and say body asleep and focus on the color blue.
This should speed up the process.
There are many methods, basically, just stay still and keep yourself awake .
This will have to take you there eventually
