Does anyone have any ideas on how you could wake your self up (only slightly) immediately after you fall asleep?
One tech. iv tried is this:
While laying down, bend one arm at the elbow, and balance your hand and forearm in the air by resting on your elbow. Once you fall asleep, your arm will fall from the balanced position, and will wake you up slightly.
However, the action of holding my arm up creates the idea that I’m trying to fall asleep… making me unable to fall asleep.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
