Last night I dont even think i had a dream or at least dont remember any of it, and i then i drempt i woke up paralysed in my bed and tryed to move but couldn’t, i thought i must have been trying to have an LD and then I got up to go to the bathroom-i swore it was real- and then i woke up for real. could I have been close to an LD?
Nope its called a SP sleep paralysis and they can be really scarry. nad when you dreamed that you woke upp, that is really common and it was called a FA.
