when i had my mega-pwn LD about NiGHTS and i flying, i remember how it happened exactly- i woke up, was really thirsty, drank a can of diet coke, and went back to sleep. then i had that LD. so i figure, if i try WBTB again (which seems to work for me, as two of my LD’s, and the best LD’s i evar had, came from WBTB) and drink diet coke, i can increase my lucidity greatly. also, im gonna stop melatonin. last night i took two melatonin, and woke up with absolutely no dream recall-none. like, last night was one big blank.
ive also been doing more RC’s, which should hopefully help.
There is two types of diet coke. Regular one with caffeine and one without. I don’t understand how caffeine helps since it keeps you awake… W/e. Can someone explain where people think caffeine helps? There should be an experiment on this…
