WBTB while working out?

I recently decided to build some muscle, and I know that sleep is very important for that - what I’m wondering is, do you believe that frequent WBTB attempts will slow down my progress in any dramatical way?
Because I kinda like doing WBTB whenever I get the chance, but I’m afraid it might be bad for muscle growth. :confused:

In my experience you will be OK as long as you’re not depriving yourself of a lot of sleep when doing WBTB. I work out a few times a week (for strength training), and have not seen any difference in muscle growth when doing WBTB and when not doing it. However, when I’m going to do WBTB, I try to go to bed about a half hour earlier than usual, and then only stay up for about a half hour after waking up.
I haven’t been actively looking for a difference, but I’m pretty sure I would’ve noticed one :wink:.
