For the last couple of days I have woke up 5 to 7 hours after I went to sleep without any alarm so Id go to the bathroom and get something to eat, and when I would try to go do wild I would lay there and count in my head and I did it for about a minute or two and I remember waking up about an hour later I had a dream but I wasn’t lucid. And then today I did the same thing and I was really tired but just laid there and tried wild for about 40 minutes and I felt nothing no numbness no tingling no twitching. So I tried just going regularly and I fell right asleep. And does anyone know how much you have to lie in bed for when trying wbtb and wild? Sorry for the long sentences.

ahh sounds like a concentration issue just continue to count some people have trouble with the counting method. if the counting method is keeping you up try kicking a soccer ball over and over focus on your form and the movement of your feet.
(note don’t actually go kick a soccer ball
)
Sooner or later you will get some strange sensations 
then off to dreamland 
oh and WILD isn’t for everyone if you are haveing trouble wilding try MILD much easier 
Thank you I tried that a little while ago and I was laying there never moved an inch for about an hour. And after about 45 minutes usually when I close my eyes I see weird colors and shapes but I saw like dark colors like red and black going really fast and my body went like really numb. And about ten minutes later it was gone and then I opened my eyes and I was still awake. I was probably so close from becoming lucid.
