Lately I’ve been thinking about something. I haven’t experienced a LD yet, but I thought I might just ask. When I will try and ask questions to dream characters, will they answer what I want them to say? Since I’m in control of the dream, and a dream is basically something in my mind, won’t they just say what I (perhaps unconsciously) expect them to say?
Interestingly enough, no. Not all DC’s will respond the way you intend or expect them to.
For example, sometimes when I tell DC’s that we’re dreaming, they’ll be confused. Sometimes, they’ll get very angry, a reaction I definitely would not expect from anyone.
DC’s can appear to be real persons or dummies, say things you expect or come with nonsense, or say plausible things, or teach you stuff.
