I set my alarm at 3:30 to FILD and 5:30 to WILD, and it didnt work this morning. the only time i was lucid was 2 days ago for one second. I can’t seem to get it again but i have confidence and i will keep doing it. Maybe i can only do it when i wake up naturally not through alarm. could this be possible?

All WILD-related techniques (including FILD) require that you somehow keep yourself aware while you drift off to sleep, so the point is to find a way that keeps you barely alert, while still allowing your body to rest. The first times, it can be tedious to find the balance, but if you keep trying and keep confident, I’m sure you’ll make it consistently
