have any of you all tried this yet?

and by the way I asked this in the newbie section but I don’t know how many of you all read that part, so I’ll ask it here also.

Is the static like sensation that I get when waking up and still in SP normal?
I believe that it has led to a couple of OBEs.

I was just wondering if any of you all had this to happen?
