I asked my mom to go out and buy me some mint tea, instead she bought me some peppermint tea. Will this still help my dream recall? BTW its peppermint tea that only contains the peppermint leaves and no other flavours, so that should probably make it better.
Peppermint is better IMHO… for me it works great for dream recall.
Last night I drank some peppermint tea, which I had let brew for about 25 minutes (result: very bitter taste), I even sucked on the tea bag but it had absolutely no effect on my dream recall. My dream recall was as bad as usual (can’t remember ****)>:( . How many hours before I go to bed should I be drinking it, and how many tea bags should I use?
