Aaanyways…the keyword is Playground 
Hello all! I am new to LD4all but not new to lucid dreaming ( am in my 40s and have been doing it as far back as I can remember). I have been starting to do some of the techniques discussed here to increase the number of lucid dreams I have “naturally”. Oh…and to make them last longer!
It has been pretty interesting reading some of the experiences on LD4all because I have spent a lot of time puzzling through them on my own. For example, dreams within dreams and and dreaming of being lucid.

i have actully had a couple LD’s before but didnt know what was happening so after a few minutes lost lucidity 
but now ive been here and will take advantage of those timess
