Hi! I’m Jeanx, and I am hoping to have my first LD throught the tecniques on this website.
I like to draw and write.
Well…I guess thats it…
I DONT KNOW HOW TO LUCID DREAM!!!
hey jeanx and theballer,
welcome to ld4all. well u hav come to the right place to learn some techniques on how to lucid dream. good luck on having your first LD i hope it comes soon for you both
I’m also new to the website however lucid dreaming has been something of a natural thing for me. Ive been lucid dreaming since I can remember. I just read above there was a huge Beatles fan here?? I LOVE THE BEATLES! I have all there albums and am currently listening to “I got a feeling” by the Beatles. Anyway thats off topic :D. Lucid dreaming has been a fun pastime and I’m a strong supporter for shared dreaming. Some may say I’m crazy but I’ve just been in so many situations where shared dreaming or coincidence was the solution. Anyway because of that I may spend quite some time in the beyond dreaming section. Hope to see you around!
Hey everyone, I’ve been lurking around the forum since I know about LDing, so about 10 month. I’ve had 39 LD’s so far, but actually I’m in a dryspell since 7 weeks (not my first one…) and I really want to get back into this so joining LD4all is the first step
Well, I’m 16 year old and English is not my mother tongue so sorry for every mistake…If there are any finnish people here, they’ll know, my nick Leijona is the finnish word for lion (I simply like them), that is, if the Google translator is correct
Oh, and one last thing, I really have to say that LD4all is the best side I ever came across, so thank you pasQuale and all of you guys for starting and keeping up this wonderful forum !!!
I’m Citrus, and it’s a pleasure to be apart of this Lucid community. I have become Lucid maybe five or six times and I will be having many more Lucid dreams soon. many thanks
Wow, I’ve the opportunity to greet 3 new members, I feel so honored …
Well. what should I say?
Good luck on improving your skills, Leijona (don’t worry, many aren’t native speakers as well) and Citrus.
Bright Brit good luck on the beyond dreaming section, inf fact, we talk offtopic a lot too!
Thanks Tggtt
If you believe it or not, I just broke my dryspell this night! Joining LD4all was really the best thing I could do, I guess

Hey, I’ve been lurking for a week and figured I’d join, since this site seems like a great place to get motivated/share dream experiences with (once I have LD’s)! I’ve been interested in LD’s for a while, especially mutual dreams, and hope to explore my subconscious (maybe answer some of the great questions of the universe on the way ). Hopefully I get to know you guys in the coming while
Hello! I’m here since I’m interested in making recall/LDing a thing and not a fleeting interest that fades after a week or two.
Greetings LD4all. I have found this forum after reading and working through Stephen LaBerge’s book “Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming”. My LD count is now 3! I have to say that the experience is totally profound and has completely changed me. I look forward to learning and sharing with you nice people on this forum.
This is the third attempt in my life to achieve LD’s. Looking back though, I see my first couple of attempts as a bit half hearted, so this time I have really put the effort in and have finally succeeded.
The highlight for me so far is the realisation that you are dreaming and the whooshing feeling as everything comes into super sharp focus and expands all around you. ( I really wasn’t expecting that kind of effect) It somehow seems even more real and sharper than “real life” and “those colours”, well I am sure you guys know what I mean
In Waking life, I am a 40 year old Engineer, married with 2 kids and living in the UK.
Kindest regards.

Welcome to the fourms Tallaxo.
You’ll find very kind helpful members here. If you have questions, or want to share your progress, feel free to visit the chatroom. Congrats with your 3 LDs! When I started out, it took me about a month to get my first. Just wondering, what technique are you using?
I definitely know what you mean!
Goodluck with your quest to lucidity.
new here, my name is stephan im 19 and love LD’s especially FA / HI and DILD’s
im not that good experienced but i know about ddreaming and i have alot of interest on it…
i found this forum b a friend linkng it…
anw nice to see u all here.
Thanks Starry for the welcome I am using the DILD method, with lots of reality checks during the daytime. It is still very hit and miss in these early days. I often find myself waking up after a dream, chock full of dream signs and be so frustrated at not recognising them as such. I have just started to concentrate more on some auto suggestion just before sleep to see if that will help some more. I guess practice makes perfect.
Kindest regards.

Hi, I’m new here! I’m 16 years old and I just LOVE the idea of lucid dreaming!
I first heard of lucid dreams on one of the chans in late 2010, since then, I’ve been practicing my techniques almost on the daily.
One thing I CANNOT get a hold of are RC… mumble i need to get that sorted mumble
So far I’ve managed two mildly lucid dreams (august 6th and august 16th, according to my calendar i should have another in 2 days! (hopefully at least)). I keep a dream diary and I write down 1 or 2 dreams every time I wake up. Looking at the diary, I can’t say I notice any pattern at all… pure randomness.
oh and sorry for any spelling errors, english is not my native language!
Hy shikari_rock, welcome!
Good, looks like you have the idea what LD is, here you have so much data on what, how, when, why…
So welcome and good luck, if you have any question, just ask!

Thanks! Well actually I do have a question, but I’m not sure if this is the thread for it…
So, I have a really hard time falling asleep on my back, it takes anywhere from an hour to 2 or even more for me to fall completely asleep… And when I try the WBTB method, I lay on my back. After 10 or 15 minutes, I feel the tingling and the feeling of being heavy (SP), but when I try to move a limb… IT MOVES! Does this mean I’m not into deep paralysis yet, or does it mean I should try laying on my sides?
btw I tried going on for like 30 minutes and I still didn’t see any HI, but I felt even heavier. I didn’t hear any noises either…
tips on how to continue?
Not the right place, but I will answer.
I too have problem with falling asleep on my back, so I just don’t do that. I mostly use SDR technique because I sleep on my side, and it good in that way. I use laying on my back just for relaxation.
If you are trying to WILD, there is no rule that you have to do that on your back, when I WILD, I WILD on my belly, it’s the only way that I can hit the SP.

It looks to me like you didn’t even get to SP, SP is usually specific, you will actually know it for sure… You just need to wait for dream to start to form, and some dreamers don’t experience HI, and that is normal, because we are all different and don’t take any technique for granted, you need to adjust it to yourself!
hi every body my name is haithem ghanem and i live in algeria.
i want to have lucid dreams as you all want and i hope you give some adv
