I think I will start a DJ on the forum then. That will probably help me a lot. I used to remember a lot of dreams per night, but lately I’ve been having trouble even remembering one dream a night!

I’m new here and would love to explore lucid dreaming. Lately, I have been finding myself not falling asleep and I trail off in little stories i make up on my own. I can imagine them in my head but I would love to experience them…these stories in my head go on for a couple of hours, with every detail.

I just wanted to say a couple of words here, and im looking forward to enjoying learning about lucid dreams and maybe even experiencing one…

if you enjoy creating stories in your head, you may do well with the VILD technique … it’s a way of incubating a dream so it is set up that you realise that you are dreaming

What you’re describing sounds like what I go through a lot. Just try to blank it from your brain and relax a bit. Feel free to ask questions, this is a very open forum.

Glad you face it with naturality for that’s how dreams work for everyone: we have dry spells, in which we just cannot remember anything at all, but they go away, so there’s no reason to worry about them.

Hope your dry spell ends soon, Lexa!

That’s true, the more you are into the subject, the bigger the chances to have more lucid dreams and to recall your dreams in the morning.
