So start posting your LD’s. And please put the total amount of LD’s in your signature to make it easyer to count the total amount of LDs.
Good luck and don’t let the bedbugs bite… And if you don’t get LDs, try doing WBTB. Sleep for 4 to 6 hours and stay up for 30-60 minutes and go back to sleep. You increase your chance to get lucid by about 5 times
I have had two, but they were to short to count. The one from today was a typical “black-background WILD”. I don’t think i was completely connected to the dream.
People post in here every time they get an LD and it’s nice if you put the total amount of LDs in your signature to help me keep track of your LDs So if you want to join the competition, just make a post when you get a LD
and there were 3 in March it is like 4 in a month period, wow.
It is my personal record also this year would have many if it continues this way. Last year there was few only.
ive been getting alot of sleep lately, but with the time change, my rem time has begun to dwindle a little, but hopefully that will be bac to normal soon.
